The ceremony of awarding the winners of the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Azerbaijan was held, APA reports.
Firstl6, the national anthems of Mexico and Austria were played in honor of the winning athlete and the team, respectively.
The awards were presented by Eldar Azizov, the head of the Baku City Executive Authority, Farid Gayibov, the Minister of Youth and Sports, Anar Alakbarov, the president of the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation, Muhammad Ben Sulayem, the president of the International Automobile Federation, and Magsud Farzullayev, the executive director of the Baku City Ring Operating Company.
Note that Sergio Perez, the Mexican pilot of the Red Bull Racing team, won the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. His teammate Max Verstappen took the second place, and Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc took the third place.
