On March 5, President of the United Arab Emirates Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan called President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Press Service of the President stated, APA reports.
The President of the United Arab Emirates condemned the attack carried out on the territory of Azerbaijan by unmanned aerial vehicles of the Islamic Republic of Iran and wished a speedy recovery to those injured in the incident.
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan once again expressed his gratitude for the support shown to the UAE by the head of state during the missile attacks on his country and for condemning those attacks.
The head of state thanked Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for the phone call.
President Ilham Aliyev once again condemned Iran’s missile and unmanned aerial vehicle attacks on the UAE and, as noted during the phone conversation with the President of the United Arab Emirates on February 28, emphasized that our country stands with the UAE.
During the phone conversation, the sides also exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
