President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order on the preparation of the “Socio-Economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2027–2030” and the “Second State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” APA reports.
According to the Order, the Cabinet of Ministers must, within a period of nine months, prepare and submit to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan the draft of the “Socio-Economic Development Strategy of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2027–2030” and the draft of the “Second State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” as well as proposals regarding the amount of necessary financial resources and sources of funding for the implementation of the measures outlined in these drafts.
