The “Memorandum of Understanding between the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Public Service and Public Service Reforms of the Republic of Senegal” signed in Baku on June 3, 2025, has been approved, President Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree in this regard, APA reports.
According to the Decree, after the Memorandum of Understanding enters into force, the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must send a notification to the Government of the Republic of Senegal on the completion of the internal procedures necessary for the Memorandum of Understanding to enter into force.
