Maha Vajiralongkorn, King of Thailand, has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.
The letter reads:
"On the occasion of the Independence Day and National Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I wish to extend to Your Excellency my sincere felicitations and best wishes for your good health and happiness, as well as for the well-being and prosperity of the Republic of Azerbaijan and its people.
Throughout our diplomatic relations spanning over three decades, Thailand and the Republic of Azerbaijan have consistently promoted the ties of friendship and advanced bilateral cooperation, especially in trade, investment and tourism. I am certain that, buttressed by Your Excellency's strong support, we will achieve further progress in expanding our cooperation, bringing greater benefit to our two countries and peoples.
