“Baku Metro” Closed Joint-Stock Company will be reorganized, APA reports.
This is reflected in the decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev on the reorganization of “Baku Metro” Closed Joint-Stock Company and amendments to certain decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the annulment of some orders.
According to the decree, “Baku Metro” Closed Joint-Stock Company will be reorganized through the merger of “BakuBus” Limited Liability Company and “Baku Taxi Service” Limited Liability Company into it.
