During the conversation, the head of state's meeting with Connor Teskey in Davos in January this year was recalled with satisfaction. The importance of the protocol of intent on long-term strategic cooperation signed between the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) and Brookfield Asset Management was highlighted.
Brookfield is a global investment firm that invests alongside institutional and individual investors worldwide as a long-term owner. The company's roots date back to a privately owned utility company founded in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1899, giving it a history of more than 125 years.
