European Court of Human Rights to be appealed for Eynulla Fatullayev’s case

European Court of Human Rights will be appealed soon against the decision of Sabayil district on arresting founder and editor-in-chief of Gundalik Azerbaijan and Realniy Azerbaijan newspapers, Eynulla Fatullayev, who faces charges of threatening with terrorism, provoking national, race, social or religious hostility under articles 214.1 and 283.2.2 of Criminal Code. Lawyer Aydin Nazarli told APA the complaint is ready. Stating that he met with Eynulla yesterday the lawyer said he is in good health.
The editor-in-chief refuses to give testimony regarding the charges articles 214.1 and 283.2.2 again. Therefore, he has not yet been interrogated. /APA/
