Last year, "construction permits" were issued for 93 construction projects in Baku, and "operation permits" for 85 construction projects, this is mentioned in the Cabinet of Ministers' report for 2024, APA reports.
The report states that in the administrative territories of the cities and regions covered by the Garabagh and Eastern Zangazur economic regions, a total of 74 construction projects received "construction permits," and 13 projects received "operation permits."
In accordance with the President's decree on "Additional measures regarding the issuance of operation permits for some non-residential construction projects," simplified "operation permits" were issued for 651 objects in Baku and 103 objects in the cities and regions of the Garabagh and Eastern Zangazur economic regions.
