Baku – APA. A graduation ceremony of the students on Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Affairs (MADIA) master’s degree program of Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy for 2013 will be held tomorrow. ADA press service told APA that it will be the first graduation ceremony in the newly-built training center of the Academy opened in September, 2012. 28 students will graduate MADIA program in 2013. 18 out of them are Azerbaijanis, 10 from foreign countries – the US, Ukraine, Georgia, Russia, Gambia, Pakistan, Fiji, Kenya and Argentina. The foreign students studied at ADA basing on the International Scholarship Program.
The graduation day will start with the visit to Heydar Aliyev’s grave in the Alley of Honor and Eternal Flame in the Alley of Martyrs. Following this, ADAvision song contest will be held among ADA students. The ceremony will start at 18:00. Azerbaijan’s Minister of Education Mikayil Jabbarov, Deputy Foreign Minister, ADA Rector Hafz Pashayev and on the behalf of the graduates, Gambian student Ndey Haddy Jeng will address the ceremony. Following this, diplomas will be handed to the graduates.
