Baku. Tamara Grigoryeva – APA. Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov welcomed Sahara Autonomy Initiative, APA reports. Elmar Mammadyarov said at the meeting with Moroccan Foreign Minister Taib Fassi Fehri that Sahara Autonomy Initiative was very important.
“We believe that this initiative will strengthen stability,†he said.
The minister said the positions of Azerbaijan and Morocco were close concerning Sahara issue.
Improvement of bilateral relations was also discussed at the meeting.
