UK Special Representative for South Caucasus: The conflicts in the South Caucasus should be solved within the framework of the countries’ territorial integrity

London – APA. Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met with Sir Brian Fall, UK Special Representative for the South Caucasus, within the framework of his business visit to Great Britain. Spokesman for Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibrahim told APA that they had discussed energy, regional and international situation and mutual relations. Elmar Mammadyarov gave information about Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict and underlined that the conflict could be solved only within the framework of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity. Brian Fall underlined the importance of solving the conflicts in the South Caucasus within the framework of the countries’ territorial integrity and noted that it would give impetus to the establishment of peace and stability in the region.
Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Great Britain Fakhraddin Gurbanov and British ambassador to Azerbaijan Caroline Brown also attended the meeting.
