Jose Mourinho has filed a complaint against Türkiye with the European Court of Human Rights, Apasport.az reports, citing NTV.
The reason behind the Portuguese specialist's move was the penalties imposed on him by the Turkish Football Federation during his time in the Super Lig.
It is reported that Mourinho wants to challenge those decisions through legal means. The experienced head coach had been punished several times by the Turkish Football Federation for his statements and behavior during his time working in Türkiye.
Note that Jose Mourinho coached Fenerbahçe in Türkiye. During his time at the Istanbul club, the Portuguese specialist drew attention with his harsh statements regarding both local refereeing and federation decisions.
