Zaur Ramazanov: 35 is the best age to leave football

Baku. Mehman Suleymanov â€“ APA-Sport. â€œGarabagh offered to prolong the term of the contract for three more years and I agreed,â€ forward of Aghdamâ€™s Garabagh club Zaur Ramazanov told APA-Sport.

32-year-old footballer, who had left Khazar-Lankaran at the beginning of the season, signed one-year contract with the new club. Later, Ramazanov changed his mind and now he is ready to sign long-term contract.
â€œI will even sign five-year contract, if offered. I am satisfied with Garabagh club. It is very comfortable to play here. Thatâ€™s why we reached an understanding quite easily,â€ he said.

The footballer said he could end his career in that club, but added that he did not think about it yet.
â€œI will play football, as long as I can run. But I am not going to play till I am 40. I respect myself and do not want to continue my career till that time. 35 is the best age to leave football. I will be 35, when the term of my contract with Garabagh expires. I think I will end my career in this club,â€ he said.
