Branimir Subasich: I want to expiate my guilt by scoring goal to Rid

â€œOur team has more chances of passing the second stage than Rid,â€ forward of Neftchi f/c Branimir Subasich told APA-Sport agency.
Serbian footballer said that they seriously prepared for the return match with Austriaâ€™s Rid tomorrow in the first qualifying stage of UEFA Cup and believes that the team will pass the next stage.
â€œI am optimistic about the match. We should try to score the first goal. It is difficult, but not impossible to score the goal. Rid is a well-organized team, but it is not so strong. Neftchi can demonstrated its play and beat the rival,â€ he said.
â€œI will do by best to score goal to Rid. I want to expiate my guilt by scoring goal to Rid. I believe that I will do it since the rivalâ€™s defense is not strong enough and there are old players in the team. It will be difficult for Austrians to play in Baku in hot weather and this is our advantage. Of course we will also get tired because of heat. But we are ready to overcome all difficulties in the match against Rid,â€ he said. /APA/
