Trial against AFFA suspended

The legal process instituted by Zakir Mammadov, the vice president of Amateur Football Federation against AFFA suspended. Zakir Mammadov told APA-Sport the trial is not to be held till August 10. He said the process was cancelled because of the change of the judge. â€œJudge Rauf Ahmadov refused to judge attend the process as he had health problems. The new judge will be Tahir Suleymanovâ€.
Zakir Mammadov said he will not retreat from demanding the abolishment of some points of the decision approved in the 11th conference of AFFA. The new decision determined the principles of accepting legionaries and nationalized legionaries to the clubs and national team of Azerbaijan. â€œThe recent change decided by the 12th extraordinary conference of AFFA can not force me to make my decision again. I demand to remove the difference among local and foreign footballersâ€. Zakir Mammadov instituted the legal process in the Khatai ditrsict court on may 4. The preliminary trial on the case was held on June 18. AFFA representative did not attend that trial. /APA-Sport/
