“I am glad everything ended well. My team could win. I would have resigned if we had lost the match with Khazar-Lankaran,†head coach of Croatia’s Dinamo f/c Branko Ivankovich said after the match with Khazar-Lankaran in Zagreb, APA-Sport agency reports.
Ivankovich noted that Khazar-Lankaran is a strong team, though they could not get license to the second stage.
“I liked the rival. It makes no difference for us whether we will play with Albania’s Tirana or Slovenia’s Domjale f/c. I think that Khazar-Lankaran is stronger than Tirana and Domjale,†he said.
Croatian coach mostly liked Zaur Ramazano’s play.
“Zaur Ramazanov is the best footballer of Khazar-Lankaran. Edmond N’Tiamoa also played well,†he said. /APA-Sport/
