Agaselim Javadov: We lost Croats because of our inexperience

I was satisfied with our footballers in the first match. Taking into account that the team prepared for the match for 15 days, it had good impact on me, head coach of Khazar-Lenkeran Agaselim Mirjavadov said in the press conference he held after Baku meeting Dynamo f/c of Croatia in the Champions League first qualifying.
â€œWe aimed not to lose the match and break up resistance of the rival in the first match. We could not score goals because of the mistake of our full-backs. But new footballers in the team and formation of the new team should be taken into consideration. Several footballers of Croatian team are playing in the composition of Dynamo. We had chances to score goals for several times. We lost the match with Dynamo because of our inexperience,â€ he said.
Mirjavadov said that if the match was held in Lenkeran, they would achieve good results.
â€œWe should support Neftchi and MKT-Araz as they will represent Azerbaijan in Euro cups.
Mirjavadov also said that he was not dissatisfied with the new footballers and stated that they need time.
â€œWe should take into consideration that they have newly joint to the team. New footballers need time, and they will succeed soon,â€ he said.
Mirjavadov saying that response match will be hard said that they will try to win match to be held in Zagreb.
â€œYou were afraid of Dynamo. But we witnessed that it was usual team and we did not lost the match. We have one week for preparing to response match with Dynamo. Our aim is to win match in Zagreb,â€ he said. /APA-Sport/
