AFFA Disciplinary Committee to consider incident in women’s championship tomorrow

Tomorrow AFFA Disciplinary Committee is to pass a decision on incidents in last round of Azerbaijan women football championship, Women Football Federation president Asim Khudiyev told APA-Sport.
Khudiyev said referees and inspectors will present protocols to the committee today. Federation president noted that 6th round matches were stopped for different reasons.
“A brawl broke out in Ruslan-93 – Sebuhi match. In other encounter Veten refused to play second half with Neftchiâ€, he said.
Khudiyev refuted the rumors that the federation tries to help Ruslan-93 win the national championship.
“These rumors are groundless. Federation is not interested in such cases. I think two-month championship was fairâ€, he said.
Ruslan-93 and Neftchi have scored equal points. Both have chances for gold medal. Ruslan-93 drops Neftchi behind in number of goals. The team scored two points in 6th round before the match was stopped. Neftchi was ahead with 11-0 score before the break. /APA-Sport/
