- Gabala Cup 2012 international football tournament seeks to identify talented young teenagers. What do you think about the importance of the tournament from this point of view?

- Of course, if there is no such progress in the clubs, we can not achieve any results. Our goal is to mature professional players in our club - our own students club, playing in the main team of students of our academy. Naturally, in the long term our goal stands the aim to provide the national team with new players, the Azerbaijanis. To achieve this goal, we would like to see other clubs participating in such tournaments.

- In your speech at the opening ceremony of you noted that the main stadium will be ready in 2014. How many viewers will accommodate this stadium?

- To date, the stadium is planned 7000 seat. However, the stadium will be built on such a project, we can increase the capacity of the stadium. This will depend on the games. In the future conduct of the important games.

- You are strongly supporting and pay great attention to the club. Along with the creation of infrastructure, increased attention to the main team. But this year the club has remained outside the European cup. Are you saddened that aspect?

- We have a long-term goals and strategy. Of course, it would be better if we took part in European competition. Our goal was to win tickets to the tournament on a continental scale. But this is football, a game, sometimes win and sometimes lose. We are pleased that the creation of our database is already at an advanced stage. We have a database that allows our club stronger and stand up. We have the infrastructure, our stadiums among the best in Azerbaijan. Academy is built, the main stadium. Before head coach Fatih Kavlak tasked to fight the next season for the championship and the cup of the country. We can only believe that we will succeed.

- Following the resignation of Tony Adams in the number of candidates for the post of head coach voiced the names of various people. But the surprise of many, preference was given Fatih Kavlak. Is it possible F.Kavlak change in the next season?

- Tony Adams has been a famous football player, superbly played. Fatih Kavlak changed him as a head coach. Although we were unable to win the Cup, but were satisfied with the activities of Kavlaka as head coach. Therefore, we decided to leave Kavlak on this post. I do not think for next season we will change the head coach. Because such changes in the course of the season does not affect positively on the team.

- Are you satisfied with the level of the championship?

- Of course, the level of the championship could be stronger. I would like the other clubs to have paid more attention to infrastructure, the construction of stadiums. Then the football will become even more interesting and entertaining. With the rise of spectator interest will rise and the level of football will increase opportunities for choice. Because all of these factors are interrelated. I think that in some clubs, in some places is being developed. The most important thing is this - the presence of development.

- How do you give preference to the players in your transfer policy? Are you interested in star players?

- It is the responsibility of head coach. I do not interfere in these affairs. Of course, we would like to attract players with whom you can get results. This can be any star, as well as local young footballer. However, the right choice for head coach.

- In some games, Gabala FC had problems with the referees. From this point of view, whether you are satisfied with the level of refereeing?

- It is difficult to verify. It is impossible to know - whether the error is a judge, or a deliberate decision. In Azerbaijan, it has always been a topic of discussion. But I think that the refereeing has improved now. In some games there is no judgment at the appropriate level. I think we need to work on the judging, the judges were impartial.

- Do you plan to organize similar tournaments with the participation of famous clubs in the future?

- Yes, such a plan exists. As you see, our stadiums are ready. We have all the opportunities for holding such events. We plan to organize similar tournaments with the participation of famous clubs in the near future.
