Court passes judgment on arrest of Fenerbahce club president Aziz Yildirim

APA reports that prosecutor interrogated Yildirim for about ten hours. At the end of the interrogation the president of the club was sent to court. Court also interrogated Aziz Yildirim for 10.5 hours. Aziz Yildirim felt worse during the process, he was taken to hospital.

On July 10, the court passed judgment on arrest of Fenerbahce president. Aziz Yildirim is accused of setting up criminal gang and organizing match-fixing.

Earlier, 25 persons, including vice-president, director general, chief accountant of Fenerbahce had been arrested.
