The international economic statistics portal Trading Economics has updated its inflation forecast for Azerbaijan for 2025, APA-Economics reports.
The portal has projected inflation in Azerbaijan for 2025 to be around 4-4,5%.
Trading Economics expects that inflation in the country will be 4,5% in the first quarter of this year. In the second quarter, inflation will decrease to 4.2%, further dropping to 4% in the third quarter, and then rising again to 4,2% in the fourth quarter.
Note that, according to the State Statistics Committee, inflation in Azerbaijan for the period from January to November 2024 was 4,4%.
