"Over the next three days, we will engage in meaningful dialogue, explore prospective strategies, and lay the foundation for the Regional Development Plan for Europe and the CIS for 2026-2029, which will define the future of our projects, activities, and initiatives in this region. This forum is intended as a cooperation space for the exchange of ideas, scope, and experiences, provides opportunities for meaningful proposals," he emphasized.
