An "Electronic State Duty Management (e-duty)" information system will be created in Azerbaijan, and state duties will be paid based on "e-notification," this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the law "on State Duty", which was discussed in the Milli Majlis meeting today, APA reports.
It is noted that in order to improve the quality of the monitoring of state duty revenues to the state budget, enhance the operationality, efficiency, and forecasting, and strengthen oversight of the transfer of state duty funds to the state budget for their designated purpose, it is proposed that state duties be paid based on e-notifications, and the "Electronic State Duty Management (e-duty)" information system be created.
The draft law was put to the vote and adopted in the first reading.
