A volume of trade turnover of Baku has made up 1 757,4 mln manat decreasing by 0,6% in January of 2021 in comparison to the relevant period of 2020, the Baku City Statistics Department told APA-Economics.
It is noted that the value of food products, drinks, and tobacco products sold in the trade network has been equal to 882,4 mln manat increasing by 3,8% in comparison to the relevant period of the previous year, the volume of non-food products has been equal to 875 mln manat decreasing by 4,5%. 33.7% of consumer goods were sold in enterprises with legal entity status, 55.5% in trade facilities owned by individual entrepreneurs, and 10.8% in the capital's product markets.
