Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Wednesday that the supply of air defense missiles to Ukraine was three times lower in the first half of 2026 than a year ago, APA reports.

He insisted that Ukraine's partners "do have the missiles," but that political will is needed to provide them to Kyiv and increase their production, including by allowing Ukraine to manufacture them.

Zelenskyy confirmed that operations against Russia's oil-producing and refining facilities are ongoing, stressing that "the cost to the aggressor of prolonging the war will continue to rise."

He added that his government will contact "key countries" regarding the possibility of implementing additional sanctions on Russia to reinforce the impact of Ukraine's long-range capabilities.
