"Russian Army suffers from terrible losses in the direction of Kharkiv from personnel and equipment point of view," Oleksiy Arestovich, a Ukrainian presidential adviser said at the briefing, APA reports.
According to him, Russia's attack tempo has sharply decreased in Kharkiv direction.
"The rival tries to continue attack operation to Kharkiv, to surrender Kharkiv from the west by seizing Lozova. But they suffer from terrible losses from personnel and equipment point of view. Tempo of the attack has currently decreased too much and we will soon quote the expression of attack on Kharkiv," added Adviser.
