EU allocates additional humanitarian aid worth 200 mln. euros for Ukraine

International Donors' Conference is held in Warsaw regarding support to Ukraine, APA reports.

The conference is attended by Presidents of the European Commission and European Council, as well as heads of states and governments which are members of the EU, and representatives of international financial institutions.

Speaking at the Donors' Conference, President of the European Council Charles Michel said that the EU supports the European path chosen by Ukraine and will continue to do so. He said the EU had allocated financial assistance to Ukraine in three main areas, including humanitarian aid, short-term emergency aid, and aid for Ukraine's post-war reconstruction.

Delivering a speech at the conference, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen has announced that the EU has allocated additional humanitarian aid worth 200 million euros for Ukraine. 

"We tell the Ukrainian people: your struggle is our struggle. We are with you," said Ursula von der Leyen.
