Russia’s oil and gas revenues in November 2025 decreased by 33.8% year-on-year, dropping from 801.7 billion rubles to 530.9 billion rubles, APA-Economics reports, citing the Russian Ministry of Finance.
At the same time, Russia's oil and gas revenues decreased by 40.2% last month compared to October of this year (888.6 billion rubles).
According to the information, oil and gas revenues for January–November decreased by 21.4%, falling to 8.029 trillion rubles. In the same period last year, this figure amounted to 10.341 trillion rubles.
Note that according to the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan for today, 100 Russian rubles equal 2.1951 manats.
