"Each time I visit Baku, I see innovation, and I congratulate you for this", the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Péter Szijjártó said during his speech at the 10th meeting of the Azerbaijan-Hungary Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation, APA reports.

Minister Szijjártó said that the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Hungary reached a high-level last year and this exceeded USD 120 million: " Our cooperation in the field of energy contributes to the security of Hungary. Considering the current situation, our cooperation in the energy field is essential."

The minister recalled that Azerbaijani gas had reached Hungary last year and added that his country plans to purchase more natural gas from Azerbaijan, so both parties are interested in it.
