In January-November of this year, consumers spent 3,521.3 million manats on automobile gasoline and diesel fuel in the retail trade network alone, APA-Economics reports, citing the State Statistical Committee.
This indicator exceeded the figure for the corresponding period of 2024 by 7.7%.
Recall that last year, consumers spent 3,423.1 million manats on automobile gasoline and diesel fuel in the retail trade network alone, which is 5.5% more year-on-year.
Note that in Azerbaijan, oil is processed at the Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery, which was established in 1953. The refinery fully meets the country’s demand for oil products. Currently, reconstruction and modernization work are underway at the refinery.
