"Azerbaijan is capable to provide Armenians living in Karabakh with energy," said Azerbaijani Deputy Energy Minister Elnur Soltanov at the Baku Energy Forum.

According to him, Armenians living in Karabakh are Azerbaijani citizens and will be able to use our gas,k which will cost them less than now."
The main goal is to turn Karabakh and the liberated territories into a green zone, which means that all electricity produced here will come from alternative energy sources. It is planned to use gas in these areas. "
