Rasul Guliyev uses offensive phrases speaking about oppositionâ€™s recent rally

The conversation reveals that telephone conversation was held during the rally of National Council on September 22.

The telephone conversation was made public by the Russian news agency REX.

We are releasing the conversation as it is:

Rasul Guliyev: Hello Sulhaddin.

Sulhaddin Akbar: Hello, How are you?
