Goychay. Elvin Yagubov – APA. International observers are observing the election process in Goychay and Aghdash regions, APA reports.
Representative of the Parliamentary Assembly of the CIS, international observer Natalia Kondratenko, who has been observing the election process at 12 polling stations of Goychay Constituency Election Commission #88 and Goychay- Aghdash Constituency Election Commission #89 since early today, told journalists that the elections are fully transparent and democratic and no intervention in the elections has been detected so far. She said that 3 representatives of the CIS Parliamentary Assembly are observing elections in Goychay, and 2 in Aghdash region.
Russian observer noted that citizens are coming to the polling stations and independently voting for the candidate they want.
