APA reports that the arrested employee Vusal Muslumov was dismissed under the order of Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov a few days ago.
A criminal case has been launched on him under Article 182 (extortion by threat) of the Criminal Code and he was sentenced to 2 month-imprisonment.
Muslumov and two other employees of the prosecuting agency have been dismissed. Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov has signed an order in this regard.
According to the order, employee of Investigation Department for Grave Crimes under theProsecutor General's Office Vusal Muslumov, employees of Baku City Prosecutor's Office Valeh Valiyev and Chingiz Hajiyev have been dismissed for flagrant violations of the law.
