Composition of European Parliamentâ€™s election observation mission to Azerbaijan revealed

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA. The composition of European Parliament’s election observation mission to Azerbaijan has been revealed, Chairman of the Azerbaijani Delegation to the Euronest PA Elkhan Suleymanov told APA.

Suleymanov said that on September 25, the composition of European Parliament’s mission that would observe the elections in Azerbaijan on October 9 was determined.

The composition of European Parliament’s election observation mission includes 2 persons from European People's Party (EPP) Mr Filip KACZMAREK (Poland) and Mr Joachim Zeller (Germany), one from each of Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE) Ms Norica Nicolai (Romania), Alliance of European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) Mr Milan Cabrnoch (Czech Republic), Europe of Freedom and Democracy (EFD) Mr Fiorello Provera (Italy), The Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats (S&D) Mr Evgeni Kirilov (Bulgaria), totally 7 persons. Member of the Socialist Group, Italian parliamentarian Pino Arlaki has been appointed as head of the mission.
