APA reports that in this regard, the officials of the Central Election Commission (CEC) led by chairman Mazahir Panahov visited the publishing house.
Panahov told journalists that totally, 5,149,255 voting papers will be published. These papers will be handed to Constituency Election Commissions on September 30.
The international observers have been invited to control the process of publishing.
