APFP deputy chairman summoned to Baku City Main Police Office

Baku. Etibar Mammadov – APA. Deputy Chairman of Azerbaijan Popular Front Party (APFP) Fuad Gahramanli has been summoned to Baku City Main Police Office.

Fuad Gahramanli told APA that he has been summoned to the Police Office due to his statements on the organizing of mass rallies after the elections: “A meeting was held with the participation Deputy chief of Baku City Main Police Office, police Major General Sahlab Baghirov and Baku City Deputy Prosecutor Fazil Hasanaliyev. They have warned me due to my statements on the organizing of mass rallies after the elections. I was told that if unauthorized rallies are held, I will take responsibility for it.”

Gahramanli noted that if the elections are rigged, the rallies, which will be held by the National Council, will be authorized by Baku Mayor’s Office and the organization is against any unauthorized and provocative rally.
