He noted that whether any discomfort will occur in this issue or not, the center's coordinator should be informed about all events: “Presidential candidates, their authorized representatives may come to the center, make a statement to the media, share the information about the process with journalists.”
As to the sue of Public Television and the Central Election Commission by presidential candidate of the National Council of Democratic Forces Jamil Hasanli, Penahov stressed that any court issue creates dissatisfaction. Nevertheless, the CEC tries to create all favorable conditions for the candidates: “The Central Election Commission is taking all steps for the normal functioning of the candidates. Jamil Hasanli has no right to be dissatisfied with the CEC.”
