Panahov called on citizens, whose names are not included in the electoral list, do not worry: “Nowhere in the world there is perfect voting list. Those whose names are not included in the electoral list have to come to the polling station and submit the relevant documents. Following this, their names will be included in the list and they will be able to take part in the elections.”
He said that totally, there are 52,000 observers, international observers – 1400. Noting that registration for local media representatives is not required, Panahov said the preparation for election has been completed.
