Baku. Victoria Dementieva –APA. PACE Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights will discuss the issue whether a special rapporteur on political prisoners in Azerbaijan will be appointed or not on March 24, Samad Seyidov, Head of Azerbaijani delegation to PACE told APA.
He said that the issue was on the agenda of the Committee and it would be debated in the meeting in Berlin.
