Baku. Elnur Mammadli-APA. “There will be enough turnout during referendum on March 18. The people have actively participated in the elections and referendum by now. There will be people not less than 25% in the referendum,†CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov said, APA reports.
The Chairman noted that the Commission took measures to increase the public awareness about the referendum and the people had keen interests in it.
Panahov taking stance on the opposition’s decision on boycotting the referendum said that there was not an unusual case.
“The main principle of the democracy is to sound various opinions,†he said.
