Azerbaijani President attends the opening ceremonies of Historical and Ethnographic Museum and Diagnostic Center in Berde

The President familiarized himself with the museum and was informed that the construction works started from September, 2008 and were concluded in a short time.
Two salons of the museum demonstrate exhibits on the ancient history and culture of Berde, as well as a model of Berde, things found during excavations. The President highly assessed the measures taken in the museum.
The Head of State also participated in the inauguration of Diagnostic Center. The President cut a symbolic ribbon. The center laid down in March, 2006 with the participation of the President has been financed by SOCAR. The center employs 260 personnel and there are departments on reception, diagnosis, Hemodialysis, surgery, anesthesiology, resuscitation, surgery block, consultative-diagnostic polyclinic. Moreover there is a conference hall for 150 people and chemists. It is possible to watch operations via the monitor installed in the conference hall. The equipment was brought from Germany, Italy and other countries.
The center serves for residents of Agjabedi, Terter, Yevlakh, Goranboy, Beylagan, Agjhdam and other regions, including Berde.
The President familiarized himself with departments and wards on separate floors and got acquainted with equipment installed in the center and highly assessed the condition created in the diagnostic center. The Head of State underlined that the condition for treatment and examination meeting international standards had been created here.
