Baku. Ramil Mammadli–APA. Shirvan Appeal Court addressed the appeal of Chairman of the Imishli regional organization of the Azerbaijan Democrat Party (ADP) Mahbub Zulfugarov. The appeal was partly approved at the court session presided by Judge Ahmed Ahmedov, the court officials told APA. The Appeal Court annulled the decision of Imishli Region Court about fining of Zulfugarov for AZN 3000, but saved the decision about the one-year obligatory work.
According to the lawsuit filed against Zulfugarov, he was accused in insulting the manager of the Imishli central market Aziz Guliyev in his article published in Hurriyyet newspaper. The market manager demanded to launch criminal case and to fine Zulfugarov for AZN 50 000.
