Azerbaijani President issues order to approve 2009 budget of State Oil Fund

2009 budget shows incomes with manat.
1.Net incomes from selling of carbohydrates (expenses on transportation of carbohydrates, Bank, customs and bank documentations, surveyor, except marketing and insurance expense, incomes of State Oil Fund, which shares several projects ) - 7 992 300.0
2. Dividends of Azerbaijan regarding realization of oil-gas projects - 150.784.0
3. Incomes from transfer of oil and gas via Azerbaijan -5 600.0
4. The incomes earned from management of resources of State Oil Fund â€“ 211 432.3
5. Other incomes â€“ 900.0
The areas where the State Oil Fundâ€™s incomes will be spent have also been shown. The amount of expenses is shown in 1000 manats.

1. Financing some measures in connection with social welfare and settlement of refugees and internally displaced people â€“ 80 000.0

2. Transfer to the state budget of Azerbaijan Republic for 2009 â€“ 4 915 000.0

3. Financing the project of construction of water pipeline from Oghuz-Gabala to Baku â€“ 100 000.0

4. Financing the project of reconstruction of Samur-Absheron irrigation system â€“ 110 000.0

5. Financing Baku-Tbilisi-Kars new railway project â€“ 80 000.0

6. Financing the State Program on education of Azerbaijani youth abroad for 2007-2015 â€“ 10 000.0
