Ballot papers have been sent to Azerbaijanis living abroad in connection with referendum on March 18, CEC Press Service told APA that Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry would deliver ballot papers to polling stations established in foreign countries. CEC has today presented voting papers to the officials of the Foreign Ministry and they will deliver the ballot papers to the polling stations 10 days before the referendum.
35 polling stations have been established in Azerbaijani representations in foreign countries on referendum.
