President Ilham Aliyev issues order for fulfillment of norms of vibration and noise pollution negatively impacted on the environment and peopleâ€™s health

Bakuâ€“APA. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev issued an order for fulfillment of norms of vibration and noise pollution negatively impacted on the environment and peopleâ€™s health, Press Service of the President told APA. The order determines that following executive bodies must provide control over the tolerable vibration and noise created by the transport means and other noise sources negatively impacted on the environment and peopleâ€™s health in the residential areas, recreation centers and crowded places.

1.1 Azerbaijan Health Ministry â€“ in relation to the 1- 9 articles of Graphic 1 of the 796th decree of the President of Azerbaijan on the â€œNorms of vibration and noise pollution negatively impacted on the environment and peopleâ€™s healthâ€ from July 8, 2008;

1.2 Azerbaijan Interior Ministry â€“ in relation to the 1-16 articles of that Graphic from 23.00 to 6.00 a.m.

2. According to the 1.1-1.3 articles of the order, tolerable level of the vibration and noise are determined inside the buildings, offices and facilities upon the request of the peoples living and working there on the legislative basis.

3. The order enters into force from the date of signing.
