Baku. Elnur Mammadli – APA. The number of voters in Khankendi ConEC #122 has reduced, chairman of the election constituency Allahverdi Dolukhanov told APA. He said that a number of Khankendi residents had been reregistered within a year. 4,684 people were registered in the voters’ list of the election constituency in 2008, the number of voters fell to 4,457 in January, 2009. Dolukhanov said reregistration of Khankendi residents was not right. Chairman of the election constituency also noted that there were people of Armenian origin in the voters’ list.
“But they have changed their surnames,†he said.
Khankendi ConEC #122 has 9 polling stations.
