Publishing house printing referendum bulletins secured by Azerbaijan State Special Security Service

Spokesman for the commission Azer Sariyev told APA that the voting bulletins were being printed in the publishing house of the parliament. The place, where the publishing house is located, is secured by the employees of State Special Security Service. Sariyev said the commission set up of three members of the Central Election Commission – Gabil Orujov, Ogtay Humbatli and Tofig Hasanov controls the process. 4 949 018 bulletins – 3 percent more than the number of voters will be printed.

The bulletin will contain 49 amendments to 29 articles of the Constitution. The words “yes” and “no” will be written before each of the amendments.
