According to the verdict, on the base of the information received from Aghdash-Goychay constituency # 89, during the parliamentary elections, held on November 7, 2010, the Prosecutor Generalâ€™s Office opened the criminal case in accordance with the fact of the Criminal Code 159.4.1 (Impending in implementation of suffrage; by buying over, cheating, threatening, using violence or threatening to use violence), and 160 (Impending voting commissions in legal activities) â€“ 160.2.1. (committed to a payoff, a deceit, threat, application of violence or with threat of its application). On May 2, Isgandarov was arrested on May 2, 2011 and was in custody in pre-trial period.
